Adding a Listing:

Excellent! You’ve made the right move and now the world will get to see your business in all its glory!

There are two ways to create your listing.

  1. Hit the ‘Add Your Listing’ button on the top right of any page and simply follow the steps, selecting the listing package that suits your needs and completing the listing details.

2. Purchase a listing package from the store to be set up at another time.

    • This package is now sitting on your account waiting to be used. Hit the ‘Add Your Listing’ button (or click here) to follow the steps. You will come across the option to select a package again. Don’t panic! You’ll notice where the ‘select package’ button once was, now states that you have a package already and can select to use it on this listing creation.
For Business Listings:

Absolutely! While we know both you and your customers will love all of the great features you will get to play with, all packages come with a 1 month free trial. During this time you may edit your listing to your hearts content. At the end of the free trial period, your payments and subscription choice will be activated. If you cancel before the end of the trial period you will not be charged anything and your business will be removed.

No way! Enjoy the free trial while you’ve got it. As long as you cancel before it expires, your nominated payment method will not be charged.

Of course. Just remember, we would be distraught to see you go. We would love for you to get in touch with us first to see what we can do to help. However, the subscription you are using may be cancelled at any time. There is no refund available for remaining time left on your subscription. Your listing will remain active until the current subscription period ends. If you would like to remove your listing completely, you can do this from the owners dashboard, or just get in touch with us.

Hoorah! Welcome aboard! Joining PortSide Australia is easy. At the top of the page, simply select the ‘Add a Listing’ button and follow the prompts.

Step 1) Select ‘Add Your Listing’ from the top right of any page.

Step 2) Select listing type from Leisure, Commercial, Shops / Supplies / Services, Events or Social Groups.

Step 3) Login or Register if you aren’t already. If you are already logged in you will be skipped to step 4.

Step 4) Select the package you would like to use for this listing. The better the package, the more your listings will be full of amazing things

Step 5) Complete all of the details for your amazing full page listing, including contact details, media, directions, social media and more!

Step 6) Complete order details

Step 7) You’re done! Just wait for PortSide to authorise your listing and you’ll see it in the search results!

Step 8) Take a look around your personal user dashboard. Here you can make changes to your listing, sell your own products, see your stats, update your details and more!

Absolutely. In fact, we will try a total of 3 times to process the payment over the following days. You will at the same time receive an email advising the payment has so far failed. Please update any payment information in your owner dashboard under ‘Payment Methods’

Yes, payment details are always required when creating a listing on PortSide Australia. At the end of any free trial, the subscription originally chosen will automatically activate if you have not cancelled before the end of the free trial.

The sky is the limit! Every Business, Commercial Or Shop / Supply listing package you purchase allows 1 listing to be added. You must purchase a new package per listing if you have multiple businesses. For companies with one business operating in many locations, please get in contact with us for any discount opportunities.

Event and Social group packages are free and allow up to 5 listings per package. Featured Event and Social Group packages allow 1 listing per package.

For Event Listings:

We current allow each member to add up to 5 simultaneous events on PortSide. If nothing else, this helps to protect us from spam. If you require more than this at any one time, please get in contact with us and we’ll help you out.

Nothing! That’s right, PortSide encourages you to list your events on our website. Events are valid for 6 months before expiring and can be added for free. Just add the free event package from the shop.

However, you can add featured events too!

These are ranked at the top of search results and even circulated through our featured events on the homepage! This comes at a small fee. Just select the ‘Featured Event’ package from the shop.

Events are listed for 6 months before expiring. If you required a longer listing period, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help you out.

Sure thing! When you are completing the event admission, just select your business in the related listings field. Your business must already be listed on PortSide to complete this.

Afterwards, your business page will display your event!

Featured events are awesome! Sorry, we’re just excited. When you list a featured event you get all of the great benefits of a standard event listing, with a whole lot more exposure.

Featured events automatically rank at the top of search results, so when the people of Australia are looking for something to go to, they’ll see you first!

Furthermore, featured events are rotated through the events listed on our home page, how’s that for exposure!

We loved it so much we kept it simple, for only $30 you’ll have all of Australia watching you for 3 months. Grab one here!
