A sense of adventure
Upon departure from Muller Park, you’ll travel upstream along the Maroochy River, past the historical Bli Bli Bridge. Using an electric motor with batteries charged on solar power, you’ll cruise the river in comfort and silence, just like a kayak but without the paddling. Kick back, put your feet up and take in all the natural beauty, all at your own pace and with no crowds. Home to the Kabi Kabi people for thousands of years, this area is rich in both indigenous and pioneering history.
Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for native wildlife along the way. The birdlife is prolific with sea eagles, brahminy kites, darters, herons and many other migratory birds that flock to the wetlands each year.
